Hello everyone 👋🏼 this are my new business hours. Nail trim are always welcome with no appointment. All bath and haircut is only by appointment.
My days are filling up quickly. 💫
📣 Please call with at least 2 weeks in advance or before you leave, book your next appointment. Is so hard for me to try to fit you all same week of the call and I truly get very sad when I can't fit you in.📣 My spots are very limited. Lately I have been getting behind 😌 trying to fit everyone but there's not much I can do. Is not healthy for me or the pup to be in my salon for many hours. My goal always is to have them out the door less than 2-3 hours. Is not fair for the ones that are always on time, they make their next appointment or call a head of time.
I apologize for those who are very consistent and are getting affected by this. We all have things and some has busy days but our pets deserve to have an exceptional experience 💫

Hola a todos 👋🏼, aquí tienen mi nuevo horario de atención. El servicio de corte de uñas se ofrece sin necesidad de cita previa. Sin embargo, los baños y cortes de pelo requieren cita previa.
Mi agenda se está llenando rápidamente. 💫
📣 Por favor, llamen con al menos dos semanas de antelación o reserven su próxima cita antes de irse. Me resulta muy difícil acomodar a todos en la misma semana en que llaman, y realmente me entristece mucho no poder atenderlos. 📣 Mis cupos son muy limitados. Últimamente me he estado retrasando 😌 al intentar atender a todos, pero no puedo hacer mucho más. No es saludable ni para mí ni para el perrito pasar tantas horas en el salón. Mi objetivo siempre es que estén listos y se vayan en un plazo de 2 a 3 horas. No sería justo para quienes siempre son puntuales y reservan su próxima cita con tiempo.
Pido disculpas a aquellos clientes constantes que se ven afectados por esta situación. Todos tenemos imprevistos y días ajetreados, pero nuestras mascotas merecen vivir una experiencia excepcional. 💫
