We are a professional, family-owned dog training company with over 40 years of experience that specializes in strengthening the bond between your dog and your family, with a strong emphasis on teaching your dog the highest level of obedience, despite even the toughest level of distractions. Our unique in-home dog training model is designed to teach owners how to train their dog alongside a professional dog trainer in their home environment as well as in small group settings. We strongly believe that the key to sustained obedience is to empower owners to be an integral part of the training experience. Shoutout to our McKibbon Park group class clients and their pups for their incredible display of impulse control this past Saturday! Aggressive, reactive, service, and pet dogs alike were able to maintain focus through distraction like tennis games, basketball games, and dogs barking in their yards during class.

Finnegan has goals of becoming a Diabetic Alert Service Dog! This week, Finn works on Step 1 for his scent training. With a sample in the tin, Finn gets rewarded for making contact with the tin with his nose. Once we can get him more driven to get to the scent, he will progress to Step 2! 🦮

Georgie joined us this week at Elite Training Camp to work on his on-leash manners. Georgie is preparing for his Platinum program where he’ll work more towards becoming a service dog. Right now, Georgie is focusing on becoming more confident and independent!

Kane graduated from his puppy program and joined us at Elite Training Camp this week! Kane is working towards off-leash reliability. This week, he is learning how to follow the e-collar into his obedience commands. We can’t wait to watch this little (big) guy grow!🐾💙

Today Gidget continued to work on her public access skills at the shopping plaza! Gidget is working on her HEEL command, so she needs to stay by my side even as people walk past us. Gidget did a great job matching my pace and keeping the leash loose. Great job Gidgy!🦮

Today Gidget had her first public access training day! She ventured into Lowe’s to work on her neutrality with strangers. Gidget loves people and is learning stability in her obedience commands. She did great!

We are thrilled to share a powerful milestone made possible through Vets Helping Heroes. Marjorie, a proud veteran, and her service dog, Cobi, have officially graduated from the Dog Training Elite training program through the Vets Helping Heroes funding partnership. They are now recognized as a fully certified service dog team.

Marjorie embodies the very best of the armed forces - resilience, courage, and unwavering commitment. Throughout her journey, she approached training with the same discipline and determination that defined her military service. Even on challenging days, she showed up with grit and purpose, trusting the process and leading with strength. Her perseverance is a reminder that the mission doesn’t end when the uniform comes off - it evolves.

By her side, Cobi has proven herself to be a steadfast partner, reflecting the loyalty, vigilance, and calm confidence of a seasoned service member. Attentive and intuitive, Cobi provides deep pressure therapy whenever Marjorie needs it, grounding her with quiet assurance. Cobi’s consistency, focus, and readiness mirror the traits of a dependable unit member - always present, always prepared, and always committed to the well-being of her partner.

Together, Marjorie and Cobi represent the power of teamwork, the same bond relied upon in the armed forces, built on trust, communication, and mutual respect. Their success is a testament to what’s possible when veterans are given the right support and resources to continue thriving.

Join our fast-growing pack here at Dog Training Elite! Our team is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented person with a passion for helping our Brand grow and ensuring our users operate to the highest potential on the systems/tools provided.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions on various brand-wide systems, including the CRM, G-Suite, Twilio, LearningZen and DogStar DMS
• Document and communicate user account details per franchise to the billing department for accurate Tech Fee billing
• Provide support on user system issues as they arise
• Manage various pilot and Beta programs to improve systems as needed, identifying key regional participants, and gathering feedback to determine a brand-wide fit
• Plan, develop, and conduct individual and group training related to brand-wide systems
• Monitor system production to ensure compliance and quality
• Develop documents and videos for automated system procedures, manuals, and requirements
• Promote a culture of feedback and communication as we work to improve processes
• Help identify process improvements
• Help implement process changes
• Create, enhance, and improve various documents and videos on a bi-lingual scale
• Coordinate projects with other team members as needed

Salary: $44,000 with potential increase after 90-day review
Benefits:
• Medical/Dental benefits
• 10 days paid flex time (after 90-day probationary period)
• 2 paid volunteer days per calendar year
• Dog Training Services for personal dogs
