Hi all, this is Karla, owner/operator of Heaven Scent Mobile Grooming. Many of you know the struggles I have been going through with my groom vehicle. In July and August it was the air conditioners by September there were many components that the extreme heat and possibly the age of my vehicle failed. I have had it in the shop almost continually since September with a few days here and there they thought it was fixed and it would fail again. I had an amazing Mobile mechanic come this past week. He was able to diagnose a couple of things that had been missed that are very important to the engine running consistently & correctly. He discovered as well that my main computer in the engine had been storing all the faults it had since probably before July! None of the mechanics or shops I've had it in ever completely wiped the computer. This explains why it would run for a little while until it remembered or thought there was still a problem causing those same faults happening even when the part had been replaced. Sounds like magic I know but it's working so beautiful I don't think it's ever run so well. So I want to express my true gratitude for all of you who have supported me through this and have patiently waited for your fur kid to be back on a monthly route or to just be groomed for heaven's sakes! And certainly understand when someone couldn't wait for me and my rescheduling. Just know today I am working on the schedule and hope to have everyone caught up before Christmas and back on track in the up coming new year! So if you don't need your fur kid on the schedule right now because you either done it yourself or had someone else come groom them please let me know - no hard feelings here, just need to know where my time is so that I can achieve this mountainous goal! I thank God that he brought me someone who could finally figure out why I kept breaking down, and look forward to seeing all of you again very soon!
