In honor of the 100th anniversary of Black History Month, Rooted in Unity stands proudly as a Black-owned, woman-owned business rooted in purpose, representation, and community including the work we do at our programming site, Wrenacyn.
The equestrian industry has not always been accessible or inclusive. That is why the presence, visibility, and legacy of Black equestrians is so deeply important. Their excellence, resilience, and contributions deserve to be seen, honored, and celebrated not just during Black History Month, but always.
Rooted in Unity was created to open doors for those who may have never imagined themselves in this space. Through our programs at Wrenacyn, we are committed to supporting underserved communities, breaking down barriers, and creating opportunities for connection, growth, and belonging.
This is more than horses. This is about unity. This is about representation. This is about creating a safe space where everyone feels seen, valued, and welcome.
Black History Month holds a special place in our hearts because it reflects the very foundation of why we exist to honor the past, empower the present, and inspire the future.
Together, we rise. Together, we ride. Together, we are Rooted in Unity.
