This here is Mocha. Mocha's had a bit of a rough time of it lately thanks to some sort of scuffle with a wild animal. The good news is that Mocha's been getting better ... but what she really needs now is a foster.

A few days ago, this stray girl was found unable to stand or walk after likely being hit by a car or attacked by another animal. With no owner in sight and injuries this severe, her future felt uncertain.

But she made her way to BTAA and she’s been fighting ever since.
When she arrived, she couldn’t move on her own. Today, she’s eating, walking, and responding well to treatment.

Cases like hers are why we do this work. Emergency medical care for animals with nowhere else to go is only possible because of a community willing to show up for them.
