8/3 & 8/4 update: The husband was arrested last night on a cruelty to animals charge, he has since been bonded out. The sheriff has said numerous times he is shutting the whole operation down because it’s a mess over there which is great - so here’s the bad news. There is nowhere for these dogs to go and they are all currently still on the breeder’s property. There are 40 adult dogs needing placement.
The sheriff said I can go back there with his es**rt and pick up any dogs that I want which I am more than happy to do, dogs can stay here *temporarily while we work on transport depending on where they need to go. Please help me now spread the word that we are looking for legitimate fosters/adopters/rescues for 40 adult GSDs varying in ages - they have both show line and working line dogs. Thank you everyone!
