We’ve gotten a lot of questions lately about our crew… so let’s “MEAT” the team 🥩👇
Keleigh – Owner & The Baker 🍞
Keleigh is the heart behind the bakery side of the market. She’s not only a female business owner, but also a homeschooling mom of three boys (so yes… she stays BUSY 😅).
Originally from Florida, her and The Butcher have been married for 13 years. She’s been baking her whole life, but her sourdough journey really took off about 7 years ago—and for the last 2 years, she’s been sharing it with all of you.
Zack – The Butcher 🔪🥩
Zack is the guy you’ll usually find behind the meat counter—and probably mid-conversation with just about anyone. He’s the social one and can talk about anything. He’s a 3rd generation butcher who grew up in his grandfather’s shop just like ours, learning the trade from the ground up. After 18 years in oil & gas, we're pushing for him to step into what he truly loves full time. When he’s not here, he’s raising and training hunting dogs or out doing anything outdoors.
Jake – Artisan Butcher 👨🍳🥩
Jake is our precision guy. If you’ve ever asked for a specific weight on a steak… he’s the one making it happen.
He handles our stuffed meats and even cuts steaks for two local steakhouses. Jake’s been part of this place for years, and we’re beyond grateful he stuck with us. He’s a hardworking family man with a lovely wife and two kids—and around here, family means everything.
Vivian – Front of House 🍬
Vivian is likely the first face you’ll see when you walk in. She started here at just 14 years old at the candy counter and has worked her way up to leading the front of house. We've basically adopted her in our hearts as our own.
She knows the store inside and out—and helps keep things running smoothly up front. If you have the questions she probably has the answer.
Camden – The Quiet Worker🦌
Our oldest, but you probably won’t see him much—he prefers the meat room. If you did see him you'd just think he was another grown man standing there but hes only 15.
He’s our quiet one, but also our creative. Camden loves food and art and blends the two by creating his own recipes and sauces. He’s also a serious hunter and has officially taken over as our main deer processor at home.
Liam – The Salesman 😎
The middle child (but somehow the smallest 😉).
You’ll find Liam at the register, candy counter, or convincing you to buy something you didn’t plan on. He’s our social butterfly and a worker at heart—always asking to come help at the shop. If you want random facts or someone to argue in your defense hes your guy.
Hunter – The Wild Card 🤣🍭
The youngest—and you’ll likely find him behind the candy counter (and maybe sneaking a treat or two).
We’ve called him Donny Thornberry for years and it still fits 😅. He’s a fast talker, full of energy, and if he disappears for a minute—don’t worry, he just needed a quick reset.
This place isn’t just a market—it’s our family.
