Currently our youngest 2026 foal is the tallest, the second youngest is just slightly shorter but wider, and our oldest is the smallest. By a lot 😅 All of our Ghostdance Astraya foals have A LOT more size to them than our c**t sired by LL Fireghost Smarty (Stanleys SizzlinHotGhost). I estimated his mature height at 15.0 hands based on his dam’s height and how tall I was told his sire was, but I’m currently gonna guess more 14.2-14.3 on him. While our other foals should mature around 15.2-16.0 hands.

Europa (who is only 13 months old, and our first Ghostdance Astraya foal), at the show last weekend, the judge thought she was a FULL GROWN horse that’s how much size she has! She was shocked when I told her she was only a yearling!

Crusader says “WTF, I thought I was a broodmare?” 😂😂

She wasn’t sound when I bought her last Fall due to lack of farrier care, but she is fully sound now and getting ready to get to work! We like to ride our broodmares 😉
