💰WANT TO AVOID PAYING IN FULL?
You have until October 31, 2026 to book your holiday appointment without having to prepay in full.

🚨AFTER NOVEMBER 1, 2026:
All holiday appointments must be PREPAID IN FULL at the time of booking.

⭐️4-WEEK CLIENTS:
Clients who keep their appointments on a 4 week schedule are NOT required to prepay for their holiday appointments.

🎄HOLIDAY APPOINTMENT POLICY🎄

✔️Book by October 31, 2026 to avoid prepaying in full.
✔️After November 1, 2026, holiday appointments require full prepayment.
✔️If you need to reschedule, you must give at least 48 hour notice.
✔️ Cancellations with less than 48 hour notice will forfeit the prepayment.
✔️No shows will forfeit their prepayment.
✔️No refunds will be given for cancellations or no shows.

📢 NO CALL, NO SHOW POLICY 🐾

At Stacey's Dirty Dawgs, we understand that life happens and schedules can change. We simply ask that you let us know if you're unable to make your appointment.

A No Call, No Show is when a client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment and does not contact us to cancel or reschedule.

Effective immediately:
🐾 First No Call, No Show: A 100% non-refundable prepayment will be required before scheduling any future appointments.
🐾 Second No Call, No Show: We reserve the right to decline future appointments.

⏰ Running late? Please give us a call as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but depending on our schedule, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

❤️ We understand emergencies happen. Communication goes a long way, and we'll always do our best to work with you when possible.

Our time is reserved especially for your pet, and missed appointments prevent us from serving other families who are waiting for an opening.

🐾 Why Does Grooming Take a Few Hours? 🐾

We often get asked why grooming appointments can take 2-4 hours. Every pet is different, and the time needed depends on their size, coat condition, temperament, and the services being provided.

At Stacey's Dirty Dawgs, we take pride in making sure each fur baby has a safe and comfortable experience. During their visit, we take potty breaks, allow pets time to relax if needed, and answer phone calls and assist customers throughout the day. We never want to rush a groom, because your pet's comfort and safety always come first. ❤️
