She needs a good loving devoted lifelong family to fix her up and love her forever. She looks like she's lived a rough life.

ALTERNATIVELY SHE WOULD NEED RESCUE. WHEN THEY FILL UP THEY ARE FORCED TO EUTHANIZE GREAT DOGS.
