Great week at Hjam medal finals at WEC
Congratulations to all! Especially Lucy Olex for winning the children’s medal final
& Kim Fenn for being 2nd in the adult medal final. Lots of championships from all through out the week. Great time bringing some new people to WEC also.

Willowbrooke clients - Jen is working on the fall/winter schedule. If you haven’t filled out a form that has been available on the desk for the last few weeks please make sure you do it in the next day or two so you get on the fall schedule. Just a reminder that you must pre-pay your lessons by the first of the month and commit to four lessons a month and we are going to a 48 hour cancellation policy.  no exceptions. If you need another day or time for a make up, just talk to Jen. 313-938-9221
There are a few slots left in the August 17-20 Camp if anybody is interested. 

If you are going to be on the IEA Team (4th-12th grade), please sign up online with ride iea.org by 8/11/27 so Jen knows to include you in the Mon practice or if we will split teams. You will not be put on the schedule for practices if you have not done it online.
Our schedule for all Lessons is very busy and we expect to have a waiting list by the end of the month so make sure you reach out soon because there might not be anything available.

Pony finals Medal - Maxine & Luigi go 66th today! Started at 7am so they will probably go around 8:50-9am. Check out USEF network/clip my horse.

Pony finals update - Maxine & Greymeadows Cowabunga jumps 68th this morning from 8am - probably 10:15-10:30

If anyone wants to watch Maxine/Luigi at pony finals in Kentucky do the model they go around 8:45 this morning, then hack about 40 minutes after this. She is in the medium ponies section 14. You can see it through clip my horse or on USEF.

Looking for someone to groom at Win A Gin mhja show (in Michigan) next week August 12-16, 2026. Not full care. Will help w/feeding, stall cleaning, some longing & just keeping the horses in hay/water throughout the day. Must be 15 or older please. Call/text Jen 313-938-9221
