With the new stay at home order in place and rising numbers of COVID-19, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to transition to curbside medicine.

Please wait in your car and call to notify us of your arrival. An employee will come outside for your pet. Following examination, the doctor will call you regarding possible treatment plans.

Payment will be collected curbside as well.

We thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate these difficult times.

Attention Clients: If you are in need of care for your pet, but do not want to come into the clinic feel free to call the office to set up a curb side service. We will meet you at your car, take the animal into the office, do a full physical exam, and call you with all findings to make a treatment plan. We are still here for all animals during this time. If you have any questions please call the office at 570-287-9085. We hope that you, your animals, and your family stay well during this time.

New Policies in Place During the Coronavirus Pandemic at VVVC

As always our clients' safety and well-being is very important to us. In order for us to assure that we can continue to provide care for our patients we ask that you read the full extent of this post.

Due to COVID-19 and the current recommendations, VVVC has initiated the following steps to ensure the safety of our clients and employees:

1. We will be cleaning and sanitizing more frequently and more thoroughly between appointments.

2. Please no hand-shaking. A 'thank you' goes a long way.

3. Given the current social distancing that is recommended, we do ask that only the necessary people come to your pet's appointment (preferably one adult only). Please make the necessary arrangements to leave your children at home until further notice.

4. We will be booking our appointments more spread out to avoid congregation in the waiting room.

5. Your animal's health is important to us. However, if you are sick in any way, DO NOT COME INTO THE OFFICE. Please call us and we will make the necessary arrangements to keep everyone safe while also providing great care to your pet.

6. All VVVC employees will be wearing masks effective immediately. This is for our protection and yours as we are essential personnel in our community interacting with multiple clients throughout the day.

7. We encourage you to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer upon entering and leaving our office.

Thank you for your understanding and patience at this time.

Please feel free to call us with any questions or concerns at 570-287-9085.

Stay well,

VVVC
