Update on Moe: We will be helping Moe cross the Rainbow Bridge shortly.

He is full of mouth cancer, one tumor had ruptured in his mouth, he has been in so much pain and so horribly emaciated. We made sure he felt lots of love before he crossed.

This sweet boy is still doing all he can to hang in which makes this decision harder.

He is estimated to be 16 or so, and this cancer is not survivable, so this is the kindest thing for him.

He will be in our arms, where he has been most of the night getting Churu's, fluids, strong pain meds and being loved on. Despite how sick he is, he just wanted to be held...we wish this would get easier, yet it never does.

!! URGENT !! PLEASE HELP THIS BOY:

He was likely tossed out left to fend for himself and is in deep trouble with his health.

He has a body score of a "1", he is very emaciated and clearly has something pretty catastrophic going on in his mouth.

We've been giving him pureed organ meat with chicken baby food and bone broth since last night, have him on a warming pad and providing him with Buprenorphine pain meds.

He is not doing well and needs medical intervention right away.

We are taking him to Red River Emergency Animal Hospital in Fargo and given him the name of Moe.

We expect the inital bill to run between $450 minimum to $950, depending on his medical needs.

Blood work, IV fluids are definitely in order along with IV antibiotics, likely xrays of his mouth, unless something awful is going on in his mouth that is, or is not needing more in depth treatment and/or decisions as to what is best for this sweet boy and he needs to be assessed.

He definitely is a geriatric kitty as well.

Please consider helping with his medical. We, like most rescues have minimal funds in reserves so we are reaching out to our amazing donors and supporters to help him.

No chip, tags, etc. and is such a sweet boy despite his current health crisis.

Funds can be called in to Red River, but not until after they've generated an invoice.

I have great news on at least one female cat. This cat showed up to an adjacent property of Marshall's after animals were seized from the property.

It's been a task to trap her, but she was finally successfully trapped (with her 3 kittens).

Kelli is the hero here and is currently fostering them.(Please don't contact her, DM us)

We are pretty confident she came from Marshall's property.

UPDATE ON TIGS, STRUCK BY A CAR IN OTTER TAIL:

It is with a very heavy heart we share that we had to help this boy cross the Rainbow Bridge.

It broke our heart to make the hard decision for him, however it was the kindest action for him and for us, it never, ever gets any easier to do that.

We truly did our best to save him. There was no hope of his surviving his catastrophic internal injuries and recognizing he was actively dying.

We held him the entire time at the Emergency Animal Hospital and gave him so much love and head kisses in his last hours of his harsh life living as a dumped stray at a mobile home park in Ottertail.

He went peacefully in my arms.

We want to sincerely thank Dr. Hoyt and the amazing caring staff at Red River Emergency Animal Hospital in Fargo. They truly are one of the best clinics we ever been to.

My rescue also wants to express our deepest gratitude to the many people who helped him and reached out taking time from their holiday to rescue him from the roadway after being struck, the incredible people who cared so much about him and his medical status. The many amazing people who jumped right in sending donations on his behalf to help offset the medical expenses and all who sent many kind words and prayers for him.

It warms our heart to see so many people concerned for Tigs and provide help for him.

Our motto is: It takes a Village! Our rescue could never do what we do without our amazing supporters and donors.

We want to give a huge thank you Lacey, Cindy who rescued him and to Michael Hallisey for going over and
transporting him to us so we could rush Tigs in.

It's a beautiful reminder that there are so many people who do deeply care and want to help the thousands of discarded, lost and feral cats who often only knew cruelty and bad humans who abused, harmed, disposed of, or injured them that we see everyday in rescue.

It can be so heart wrenching like Tigs situation and seeing so much bad out there, we in rescue can often lose sight of all the good.

We were very comforted by this photo below as we left Fargo back to Otter Tail county.

This rainbow appeared right away. In our world, signs are messages and are everywhere correlating with event/loss, etc.

We truly saw this as his (Tigs) saying he was okay and likely even a thank you for all everyone did for him in his last hours.🌈

This kitty needs immediate medical.

Looking like he was hit by a car and in obvious bad shape, in a lot of pain.

I'm rushing him (Tigs) to Red River Emergency in Fargo.

We do not currently have any funding to cover medical.

🚨🚨FOSTER HOMES DESPERATELY NEEDED🚨🚨

We currently have 7 cats desperately in need of a foster homes who are ready for adoption.

You provide the love and care, we provide the rest.

All of our cats are Snap tested, fully vetted and chipped.

**UPDATE**
We are just heartbroken.

Charlie tested positive for distemper and slid so far down the slope in 24 hours, his chances were so slim and he was showing neurological symptoms indicative of Distemper.

To have put him thru supportive care and his being as far down the slope as he was wouldn't have been the kind thing to do.

Charlie was humanely let go to The Rainbow Bridge, in my arms.

He at least knew love, warmth and human kindness for 48 hours.

I held Charlie in my arms the entire 7 hours we were there and while I said good bye, snug in my arms being loved and having a shower of kisses for a few hours at the animal hospital.

I am so grateful he wasn't left to die an awful death at that trailer park.

He is at peace now and out of pain and passed in my arms.

Now my rescue has 50 + cats there to try and save. 😪😪

This never, ever gets easier. Each one we make this kind of decision for is so hard and so heartbreaking. 💔💔

Our bill was almost $600, if anyone would like to help offset that so we can help the other many, many cats there, we would be deeply grateful.

Prayers for little Charlie please.

While trying to trap the badly injured Tortie at a trailer park, this little guy came home with me 48 hours ago. He is about 3 months old.

This morning it was clear Charlie was declining and fast.

He since has been very lethargic, vomiting, not eating or drinking, very dehydrated and anemic.

We've been at Companion Animal Hospital since early morning.

We will update as soon as we have some answers as to what is going on with this little one. 💙🐈‍⬛💙🐈‍⬛

***UPDATE***
Kitty showed up at 10:25 p.m. and didn't go in the trap.

Bringing a Fox trap, given her injuries, she may not be able to go inside easily with a regular trap. We also now have a net on hand.🐈

We aren't giving up until we safely get her.❤

!!URGENT HELP FOR BADLY INJURED CAT NEEDED!!

We have an emergency situation in Perham, MN with a very badly injured cat who can barely walk, lost part of her tail and her ears to frostbite and possibly her right front paw. And that's only what we know of.

We are heading to where she eats at times and setting up a trap, cams on site and hope we can get her ASAP.

This is a critical situation and as soon as she is trapped, we will rush her to Red River Animal Emergency in Fargo and are very likely going to need a good amount of funds to help her.

We haven't seen something quite this serious in sometime and our goal is to help her immediately. She very likely is not spayed either and to have her get pregnant would be very likely catastrophic for her.

Time really is of the essence here.
