I look down and see the love,

Over time I felt safe and wanted
Which was a bit foreign.
For as you know,
My life’s start was not
Anything of adoration.

Daunting now.
But with my feathered guide,
I have been brought to the
Creator on the other side.

Whispers along my journey

small, warm,

lifting them

Where the Quiet Ones Wait

When your dog slipped
beyond the rim of morning,
I felt the air fold open—
a soft seam parting
between this world
and the one that hums beneath it.

They say animals go wordlessly,
but I heard a blessing in the silence,
a small soul unbuttoning its grief
and stepping barefoot into light.

I imagine him now
in the meadow behind the veil,

The following I posted here on 12/3/24:

Almost a year has gone by from when my foster Milo with Fur-Ever Home Rescue went to his new home. FEHR pulled him before being euthananized at a local impound for likely not recovering from starvation after being abandoned in an apartment. This truly is the most happy ending! Recent pics just shared - so loved and happy now!

Now another update! Milo is now in a new calendar! His handsome mug is the month of February 2027! He is doing fantastic - still so loved and happy!

The Toast

Your love has sent me to this new place,
Where my pain no longer afflicts me and
The water and trees move ever so gently.
I feel at home but I hear my name,
Every so faintly.

I circle back just one last time,
Hard to push through but
I make it just in time.
The glasses are raised and the
Toast I hear wishing me everything
I hold dear.

The peace I feel,
transcends down on you all.
When you need me the most,

Prancing Across the Bridge

I kept the boys in line and
may have taught them how
to whine.
My pranceful walk shows
strength and love rise
above even during our
darkest times.

As I begin to rest,
a warmth fills my chest.
And to my amazement
there's a glowing bridge
where I take my first step.

Thank you so much for coming out to help us with Molly crossing the rainbow kitty bridge. You made the passing so comfortable for Molly and all of the family. We cannot thank you enough.

Our hearts 💕 💞 are broken 💔 😢 but we know our precious 😸 is no longer suffering and is happy playing in heaven.
