Here’s a nice wooden food puzzle that may not stand up to a super chewer. This one has to be supervised and removed after the dog has some fun. Windsor is a really fast and furious at this game!!!

This is a plastic food puzzle that works very nicely for any size dog. It’s called tic tac twirl.

If you're afraid of spiders, does this statement reassure you enough to allow the spider to crawl on your arm?
Not every person or dog in public is ready for an up close greeting with our dogs either. We should help our dogs respect others' personal space.
One of the ways we can do this is to teach our dogs cues that indicate when they can go greet a person or dog. This allows us to get consent from the other party first and helps our dogs understand when they can and can not greet.

Look at these two friends playing so nicely. I spent so much time making sure that when they play it’s safe and fair for both dogs. You can see how nicely the bigger dog plays with the little one. That is years of active supervision. The lab is 3 years old and the Boston terrier mix is 9 years old. Supervision is key to safe playtime for your dog.

Do you ever just hang out with your dogs in a parking lot, on a patio or in a big field? You can put long lines on them if you don’t have a fence. This type of chilling out is so good for every kind of dog!!! Try it you might see a difference in yourself 🐕🌈🦋

I put my sweater on the dog bed and it really worked as a calming blanket. Not a bad idea if you are going out and your dog is anxious. It means your smell remains close to your dog, which does tend to keep them calmer.
