2021 BLM Mustang Mare Available for Lease

Gin N Tonic, AKA Daphne, is a 5 year old registered BLM Mustang. Standing at an easy 14'1 hands and she is SOUND. She's built to last and is the definition of versatile. Daphne is the sweetest little mare and has an "in your pocket" personality.

She'll do great for a confident youth!!

She rides English and Western, has a light dressage start and is currently polishing up in Ranch events. She's been trail ridden and also enjoys an easy ba****ck ride in the fields. She lays down for a mount up and will pony up to a mounting block as well.

She's currently being shown by a Youth, and is working her way towards starting jumps and learning speed events!

Sullivan Quarter Horses is looking for a motivated and dedicated youth (ages 13–18) to help at our facility on weekday evenings this summer!

This is an incredible opportunity for someone wanting hands-on experience with the day-to-day operations of a training barn while gaining valuable riding time and knowledge. While this is not a paid position, the experience and mentorship offered are truly invaluable!

Daily tasks may include (but are not limited to):
• Evening stall cleaning
• Water refills and feeding
• Tacking and untacking horses
• Lunging horses
• Helping pack for horse shows
• Attending horse shows (costs covered)

In return, the selected youth will receive:
• A daily lesson
• Extensive riding opportunities
• Potential trade options for partial board or training
• Qualified youth may also have the opportunity to show select horses as well!

Applicants must have adequate equine experience. A driver’s license is preferred, but not required.

Whether your goal is confidence, consistency, or preparing for the show pen, our program provides the structure and support to help you get there!

As Sullivan Quarter Horses continues to grow, I’ve been thinking a lot about how grateful I am for the people who’ve trusted me with their horses, their kids, and their time over the years.

This barn has always meant more to me than just riding or showing. It’s been about learning, growth, good horses, good people, and the relationships built along the way.

If you’ve spent time at Sullivan Quarter Horses — whether through lessons, training, leasing, showing, sales, or just being around the barn — I’d love to hear about your experience with it!
