We know the word is already out, but it’s way past time for our official announcement…
Primo’s Feed & Supply has purchased the former Lowe’s/Super S building in Jourdanton!
The last few months have been busy, to say the least. We’ve been remodeling the Lowe’s building, planning a new feed warehouse, trying to navigate all the red tape that comes with city and state regulations, ordering new store fixtures, lining up new vendors, and so much more! All while trying to continue to take care of our amazing customers.
This move is a direct result of listening to our customers. We know the challenges of getting in and out of our current store, and we’ve simply outgrown the space we have today. Our feed warehouse is at capacity and our retail space is packed. We had to do something to improve the overall shopping experience.
With that said, the most exciting part of this whole project is adding Ace Hardware to our product mix! This will add thousands of additional products to our store, and we can’t wait for you to see what is to come!
We still have lots to do and we are at least a couple months away from opening. The remodel should be done next month. The permit for the new construction is what’s holding up the project. Once we receive that we can start building a feed storeroom.
Lastly, we just want to say thank you for the positive feedback, encouragement, and support we have received since word got out about this move.
To be honest, there have been more than a couple sleepless nights debating if moving from Pleasanton to Jourdanton was the right decision. But the response has been overwhelmingly positive, and the reassurance means more to us than you will ever know.
Thank you for your support and loyalty over the last almost 10 years. We hope you continue to support us and just know that this move was for you. We are committed to serving our community for many years to come!
