We use no chemicals, but instead through mineralization of the soil, balanced nutrition, and careful handling let the natural processes of the earth encourage our crops to yield bountifully. The family farm is disap

pearing with the continuation of industrialization and subsidy-supported agriculture. Inspired farmers have developed a way to promote community supported agriculture, or CSA, shares where customers can directly patronize the people who grow their sustenance. Please also come see us at the farmer’s markets we attend! Other than the fresh food, one of the biggest advantages to buying locally is having a connection with your farmer. Why join our CSA? Glad you asked. 😄

🥒Because life is busy enough already.

We’re just 4 minutes off Hwy 24 in Pleasant View, TN, which means you can grab your produce faster than most people make it through a drive-thru line.

But somehow when you’re here, it still feels slow in the best way. Kids running around, neighbors talking recipes, porch-sitting energy, and that nostalgic small-town feeling most of us are craving these days.

🤠🥦Because grocery shopping is overrated.

Our CSA is basically if Trader Joe’s + The Andy Griffith Show had a baby. You stroll in, chat with real humans, grab your produce, and PICK what your family will actually eat each week. No mystery box. No sad turnips judging you from the fridge drawer 3 weeks later.

🍅Because eating the rainbow just tastes better.

Every week looks like a color palette exploded in the best way possible. 🍅🥒🌈 Crispy greens, sun-ripened tomatoes, sweet fruit, fresh herbs, and all organically raised right here close to home.

I truly think one of the sweetest things we get to experience on the farm is watching kids discover where food actually comes from. 🌱

You can almost see the lightbulb go off when they realize a tiny little plant can eventually become their future meal. It’s exciting, empowering, and honestly… really hopeful.

That’s why Young Farmers Week means so much to us every year

One of the sweetest things we see every year at our farm is watching children realize food doesn’t just come from a grocery store shelf…

It starts with tiny plants, healthy soil, sunshine, hard work, and patience 🌱

As a homeschool mama, I truly believe hands-on learning sticks with kids forever. When they grow something themselves, it changes the way they think about food, nature, and responsibility.
