PART-TIME SALON RECEPTIONIST

Wednesday • Thursday • Friday
8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person to help keep our busy grooming salon running smoothly!

Responsibilities include:

* Greeting clients & checking pets in/out
* Answering phones and messages
* Scheduling appointments
* Light cleaning & laundry
* Helping keep the salon organized
* Supporting our groomers throughout the morning

The perfect fit is someone who is:
Dependable, comfortable with dogs, great with people, able to manage multiple tasks, and willing to jump in wherever needed.

15 hours per week • Consistent daytime schedule.

Hey y’all, Kelsey here! Quick scheduling update:

First, I will be out of town 6/25-7/7 and will not personally have access to the business line.

Second, this year has brought some major life and staffing changes, and my schedule has officially caught up with me.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be restructuring my calendar and may need to move some existing appointments. If your appointment is affected, I will contact you directly.

At this time, I am pausing new scheduling requests so I can get caught up and get a clearer picture of my availability moving forward.

If you are needing a summer appointment and do not currently have one scheduled, Rachel and Tiffany do have availability at the studio. They manage their own schedules and pricing, so you’ll need to contact them directly.

I have also spoken with Groom Garage, and they are happy to accommodate clients needing a summer groom as well.
