I love Good Dog but this new phone number thing is really an issue. I have lost several sales due to the fact that the number Good Dog gives me is not even from the state I live in. Trying to explain this is also an issue. It makes it look like I am a scammer. Why would I not give my number if I am legit is what I keep hearing. Which is a legitimate question. I a, a breeder I give my phone number out all the time, it is on my business cards, and ads I place for my puppies. Which are people I don’t know, have never met and are not vetted. So why wouldn’t I give it to potential customers that are vetted through Good Dog? Everything else they have changed I can deal with but this maybe the last straw. I am wasting more time than ever because of the phone situation.
