Bubbles had so much fun during her resocialization training at Point Isabel. She’s one of the smartest pups I’ve had the privilege to train.. and I’ve worked with a lot of really smart 😊

Bubbles was attacked by another dog not too long ago so the focus was to get her and her hooman parents comfortable again around other dogs. And she did excellent!!!! And what a happy dog this girl is 🐶 You can’t help but smile every time you look at her big smiley face 😊

Taking a quick break from the doggie post to share a glimpse of my personal life 😊

Sending my only daughter off to her Senior Prom the other day. It’s a very odd feeling to realize that the once very tiny human being is now *almost* an adult. She will be graduating High School in a few weeks, starting college in a couple months, and becoming legally an adult in September…

No matter how old she gets, I probably will always see her as a tiny little baby girl ❤️❤️❤️

Unlike most German Shepherd I’ve met, this beautiful white Kida LOVES the camera. Every time she sees the camera, she’s ready to smile big, even while she’s in the middle of commands, which she will still follow with a big smile on her face 😊

Kida was a bit reactive when I first met her. It’s nothing unusual; she just didn’t know how to act in unfamiliar situations. In addition on obedience training, we worked on her reactivity, especially in public. She did really well Offleash and socializing with other dogs, so we spent a lot of time really focusing on her reactivity while on leash and in public. Kida did very well and so did her hoomans. With continued practice and normalizing different situations for her, her hoomans may be able to continue her training to be a service dog as they intended 🐶🐶

This little girl is a future 😊 She did so well with her dog Miso and she even had a chance to work with a couple of my foster dogs she had a chance to meet. She loved meeting and working with all dogs and she did an amazing job with Miso 🐶

Miso did really well under her human sister’s instructions. He had a chance to meet other dogs at Point Isabel, played with them and showed his human family how great he was offleashed 😊 He also did extremely well at public socialization training and onleash walk.

Excellent excellent sessions by everyone involved 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Maizie is 3.5 months old German Shepherd pup I am currently fostering and training. Looking for a furever home with no chicken. She’s good with children, other dogs, even cats, but definitely no chicken. She is super smart, learns very quick and loves everyone, except for chicken. She is crate trained, offleash trained and her recall is perfection. We are still working on sit and stay at restaurants, but her first experience at a restaurant has been successful. We just need to do a few more to improve her skills.
