Due to the high volume of unpaid balances and an increase in situations where someone other than the owner is picking up pets, payment is now required at the time of drop-off for all grooming services.
This policy is effective immediately and applies to all clients with no exceptions.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this helps us provide the best possible service while keeping our scheduling and business operations running smoothly.
