Update: HOME SAFE! 8/27/26

We found her! We don't have her yet but we know where she is (Which is the focal point of the thermal drone for me, to know a location to set traps.) We will be updating tomorrow as it's 2am and I'm exhausted but we know where she is and traps are appropriately set.

Thank you to our team who joined us tonight, her fosters who of course are worried sick and aided in all the efforts today and to Trey at Florida Pet Recovery for being the best in the biz and staying with us to find our girl. Now we just gotta get her to go into a trap! Send up those prayers, vibes, all the good juju please! We won't rest until she is safe again. 🙏 Stay tuned!

We did find the kitten with the drone! After 3.5 hours we couldn’t get her to cooperate so we have traps set and hoping to have her safe soon! ❤️

#425 Mittz the lost cat in Palmetto, FL did everything perfectly. She was found with the drone in 30 seconds and gave up in under 5 minutes. Just when we thought it was over, she evaded capture. We spent the next 2 hours trying to get her to cooperate with no luck. Don’t worry, she was trapped a few days later.
