Here’s to the ladies that don’t have the fullest udders or the flashiest haircut, but they have been putting in the pail for 22 months!

Full House Farm Will of a Whisp (Saanen) and Full House Farm Cry 4 Argentina (Sable/Lamancha) have been in milk since November of 2024. Hoping they are both bred for early January- we actually tried to dry off Whisp twice but she just didn’t get the memo. She’s getting milked once a day and Tina twice a day.

What’s cooking? Hint: it will go great with the ice cream delivered to The Old South Country Market this afternoon!

We had a pretty nasty storm last night so we called in reinforcements for clean up today. Oak leaves- gone. Downed branches- only sticks now. Spanish moss- inhaled. They are also doing some edging in the common areas where the mower doesn’t reach in the duck one, pig pen, and where we park trailers.

Today we banded (castrated) three boys, moved the Nigerians and pony to new pastures as
well as did weights, hooves, and wormed the whole Nigerian pen and 4 full size goats.

Did we get any photos? No
Was it hot? Yes
Are the goats happy? Yes- except those 3 boys 😳
