We’re sharing this on behalf of someone close to our AMCOP family.

Lyndsey, the wife of our assistant manager, John, was recently in a serious car accident and had to be transported by CareFlight. She has a long road to recovery ahead, and our hearts are with their family during this difficult time.

For anyone who would like to help, a GoFundMe has been set up to support her recovery. Donations, sharing the fundraiser, and words of encouragement are all appreciated.

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to our newest doctor, Dr. Zozha TenWolde! 🎉

Dr. Zozha officially joined our team today, and we are so excited to have her here at Animal Medical Center of Plano.

Originally from Upstate New York, Dr. Zozha earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical rotations at Texas A&M University. She enjoys all aspects of small animal general practice, with special interests in internal medicine and surgery.

Dr. Zozha is passionate about partnering with pet owners through clear communication, education, and thoughtful, individualized care for every patient.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys staying active, reading, and spending time outdoors with her two Labrador Retrievers, Cooper and Goose. During her time in St. Kitts, she also adopted two cats — because, of course, she couldn’t leave the island without bringing home a few furry family members. ❤️

It's getting chilly! 🥶Cold weather can affect your pet's joints, skin, activity, and routines. Here are a few tips to prepare your pet for wintertime:

- Sweaters or jackets are great for short-haired, small or senior pets
