This is a picture of Walter and his surgeon, Dr. Weinheimer!

After being attacked by a dog, some of Walter’s intestines were punctured and had come out of a hernia, or hole, in his abdominal wall. (See his radiographs in the next picture.) After a very invasive surgery and extensive care by the Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County Team, we’re pleased to announce Walter has been been sent home. He is a very sweet boy with a strong spirit. We continue to wish him a speedy recovery! @ Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County

Meet Waffle!
Waffle swallowed half of a bully ring and it became lodged in his esophagus. He was still able to breathe, and ended up vomiting the ring up while here at the hospital. We wish him the best recovery! 😃 @ Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County

Sweet Skipper decided to eat his mom’s underwear today while helping with the laundry. This lead to a visit with us at the Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County! We induced vomiting and sent him home. Next time he helps mom with the laundry, we recommend only helping fold the clothes and not eating them!

Meet Frankie! He is a 5th place National Champion in Flyball. He came into the Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County this weekend for treatment because he was vomiting blood. We took radiographs, but did not find a foreign body. Frankie was send home with oral medication to help his gastric upset. We wish him a speedy recovery, so he can get back to playing flyball.

Last weekend we had a very joyous and successful cesarean on a sweet puppy that was in labor for over 24hours. All six puppies came out healthy and the whole faimly was able to go home. Dr. Weinheimer was over the moon with happiness and excitement!!! Great job to her and the EAHCC staff 🐾💜🐾

This super sweet baby Coco was sent to us from her regular vet for emergency surgery after ingesting a fishing treble hook. We were lucky enough to have a brand new endoscope and remove the hook without any invasive abdominal surgery. She was happy, healthy and ready to go home the next morning!!! Thank you do Dr Yager and our amazing EAHCC staff.
