According to your dog, a trip to Hound Therapy goes something like:

Leaving the house: BEST DAY EVER

🫧Bath: I HAVE BEEN DECEIVED

💨Dryer: I would like to speak to management

✂️Haircut: Fine. Whatever.

Final reveal: …wait. I look GOOD. Then they walk back out into the world like they weren’t just screaming at a blow dryer 45 minutes ago.

It’s National Walk Your Dog!

Naturally, Dallas decided to celebrate with rain. 🙈

If you’re trying to squeeze in a walk between showers, grab the leash, bring a towel, and just accept that your dog will probably find the biggest puddle on the block.

Rainy walks, quick neighborhood laps, or a little indoor play all count. The goal is simply to get them moving and have some fun together.

And if they come home smelling a little more like “wet dog” than usual… you know where to find us!

September is 𝐀𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, and groomers are often in a unique position to notice when something feels…off.
