This post is going to be a bit long, but it's something that needs addressed:
Groomers exist for a reason they work long tireless hours, get pooped on, peed on, bitten, scratched, cut ect. sometimes they experience issues with their hands, fingers, legs or feet, after all they are only human too, sometimes they cant control the situation. However, when a groomer notices something you didn't, or something that we feel needs addressed by a vet, groomers get the blame for whatever is going on with your furbaby. It only takes one word of mouth to ruin a person's credibility or business. 9 times out of 10 the groomer is not responsible. The furbabies we get the privilege of grooming we become very close to just as our own as I can promise that 98% of groomers have furbabies of their own and would treat the dogs and cats some groomers do with love as we would treat our own! Keep in mind that groomers are people too and they have personal lives as well as the business life or job of being that groomer for you. Just because you didnt have the same vision for your furbabies haircut as the groomer doesn't mean that he/she isn't good at their job or maybe they made the ears too short, quicked a nail and didn't tell you, something small not requiring a veterinarian. one last thing please, please efficiently communicate with your groomer and if need be show a Picture. Remember kindness and respect go both ways and both are free to give β€οΈπΎβ€οΈπΎ
