SOLD-8 year old TB mare, 15.1hh, easy keeper, barefoot, no maintenance & sound. UTD on everything.

Sassy has been looking for the right fit, she was a rescue from a kill pen over a year ago and has not been able to find someone willing to give her a chance. She is blind in one eye but she is unflappable on the trail. She is a forward ride but responsive to aids. Loads well, has been ridden a bunch in western tack, loose ring snaffle.

She would be best fit with an intermediate rider who is experienced on the ground with horses that are blind on one side. She needs more ground work as she has a tendency to be codependent with her pasture mate. She does go out on trail alone or in groups. No spook, buck, rear, etc. No vices like wind sucking, cribbing, etc. She has not been in regular work and does best with firm but not aggressive corrections. She had been bounced around a lot during the period that she was floating through auctions, so she does have a tendency to be anxious in new environments. She will need time to adjust into a new home and trust her person before showing her best self. For this, she will need to find a special match. This could be a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with her.

**PENDING TRIAL**

Spotty- 14 year old trail horse deluxe. Spotty is amazing out on the trail, alone or in groups. Super easy keeper and he’s just a delight to be around. Has been ridden by all types, he is not heavy in the hands like typical haflingers are. There is potential for him to be a great husband horse as he is not reactive. He does have slight navicular in his front left, which is managed by a good trim and equioxx tabs (he is barefoot). Price to reflect navicular - however, he has been used as a trail horse with no problems. Trailers like a dream, self load and unload, no vices, great for vet, farrier, etc.

This is the reason why the barn has shifted gears and opened a few pastures for the new “Makeover Project” rescues. All three (one not pictured here) were all found a day before they were shipped to Mexico. This picture speaks 10000x the words that will ever be said about how tragic the pipeline is. Currently not for adoption until further notice, home offers will be welcomed after they decompress.

New pastures added; offering board for up to two more horses. Located on a quiet back road in Plainfield, NH. Miles of trails surrounding the farm, with an outdoor arena on site.

Run in/turnout board: $375 per month.
Stall board: $475 per month.

Board includes full personalized care, fly spraying, blanketing, medication administration, deworming, hay, grain and shavings. The farm was originally designed for personal horses so each paddock is large with two attached grass pastures for grazing into the fall. Horses are pastured in pairs only to ensure care and offer large spaces.
