Hi friends and family! We hope this update finds you safe and healthy! We just wanted to update you on our new policies going forward, that will help us navigate the COVID 19 crisis and help us to do our part to flatten the curve.

Moving forward we ask that all patients and their family follow the things outlined below:

1. Please sign in when you arrive for your appointment.

2. Please return to your car to wait for your appointment.

3. We will ONLY be allowing ONE person with each patient in the exam room.

4. If you are sick (cough, fever, sneezing, chest pain, lethargy), PLEASE STAY HOME. Please DO NOT come in. We will do our best to help you and your pet through a phone consultation if possible.

5. We are currently limiting the number of non-emergent things we are seeing. This includes nail trims, a**l gland expression, rechecks (if better), and vaccines other than Rabies. If you are looking to schedule any of the above mentioned things, we will ask you to call back to reschedule at a later date, or we will have you scheduled for appointments after April 15th.

Please feel free to call us with any questions or concerns during this time and we will do our best to help and assist you.

We are doing our part to sanitize doorknobs, tables, countertops, and all surfaces that are constantly used within the clinic. We are all in this together! Please help us to flatten the curve and stay inside, at home, as much as possible!

Scary news!!! Make sure all cats and dogs are up to date on rabies vaccines!! This is a transferable disease and is incredibly fatal!! Give us a call to make sure your furry friends are up to date!!

A cat tested positive for rabies in Owyhee County. It is the first time a cat has tested positive for rabies in Idaho since 1992. Rabies has a nearly 100 percent fatality rate. Ten bats have tested positive.
