Love Us And Leave Us was started in 2006 by Renee Dodds. A small hiking and in-home boarding business quickly grew, and in 2012 moved into it's current building on West Housatonic St. At LULU we do not crate or kennel dogs ever! Our friends play all day, in our 1/2 acre fenced in yard or in our 2000 square foot "house." At night, dogs snuggle upstairs with our loving staff, choosing dog beds, couc
hes, futons, or even in bed with a person! We do our best to cater to each dog's needs, be it extra love, special food (which you provide), baths, mani/pedis, naps, playing in a kiddie pool, chasing the hose, sitting in our laps, or just running around with friends! Dogs leave here tired and content! Not only do we love your dog like our own, but we understand leaving your pet with us is very personal, and strive to make sure you are comfortable while on vacation or at work. Our furry customers see this as their special time! They cannot wait to get here, hanging out car windows, howling on the way in the driveway, scratching at the door and busting out into the play yard! Nap time is at noon, and we all settle down to recharge for that second wind in the afternoon. The entire staff is pet first aid certified, and we have wonderful relationships with the local vets in case emergencies ever come up. Being staffed 24-7 means we are with these dogs more than most owners are. They quickly become family, and we value each relationship we have with both owners and dogs. Please browse our pictures! Feel free to visit, our facility is wide open and you can see it all from the reception area. Best times are between 11-3 when dogs are not getting dropped off and picked up. We are the only free range boarding facility in central and southern Berkshire County, and Pittsfield's first dog daycare!
