It is hard to believe it has been a year since we lost our beloved Cathy. Yesterday someone pulled up to our shelter and pushed a cat onto the sidewalk. One of us was there and was able to rescue the little sweetie. I feel like it was divine intervention that someone was outside at just the right moment. I’d like to think that Cathy is still watching over us and guiding us. We are calling this little gray girl Miss Cathy. She will be available for adoption soon.

Sparkle update: Thank you to everyone who donated toward Sparkle’s eye surgery. She has healed really well. Unfortunately, Sparkle is completely blind in her remaining eye. This doesn’t impact her though, as she navigates around the rescue with ease. Sparkle is an old gal, and we are happy to provide her with the comforts of indoor life during her golden years. 😺

Resident feral, Little Girl, is begging for her 12th meal of the day. She has free access to dry food, but prefers to yell all day long for fresh canned food. Little Girl is a picky eater and will randomly decide she doesn’t like a particular flavor, BUT she seems to consistently love Sheba wet food. It just so happens Sheba is a Prime Day Deal at 34% off 🙀Little Girl would be furever grateful for a restock of her Sheba food.
