There aren’t enough words for what our volunteers mean to us—but we’re going to try anyway.
You are the hands that steady the scared ones. The voices that soften fear. The quiet, constant presence behind everything we do.
You show up in ways most people will never see—sitting on the floor with a nervous bun until they feel safe, opening your homes (and your hearts) to those who have nowhere else to go, patiently grooming the “judgy” ones who test every ounce of your resolve. You drive the miles, make the calls, answer the messages, organize the chaos, and somehow still find time to check in and ask, “What else do you need?”
You help future vets and techs see rabbits differently. You give children a safe, gentle space to learn and connect. You turn garages into lifelines and spare rooms into second chances.
And you do it all not for recognition—but because you care. Deeply.
Every single act—big or small—matters more than we can ever fully express. This work simply wouldn’t exist without you.
We see you. We appreciate you. We are endlessly grateful for you.
