For the past year, we’ve been dropping off food for Melvin’s dog and the stray cats that he takes care of in his neighborhood. Social security isn’t enough and he avoids shelters because he doesn’t want to be separated from his dog.

This is what pet retention looks like at Biggies Bullies. No judgment, no hoops, no questions about how things got tough. Just neighbors helping neighbors keep the pets they love.

Life gets hard sometimes, and needing a little help doesn’t make you a bad pet owner. It makes you someone who loves your dog enough to ask for some help.

Biggies Bullies wasn’t always focused solely on pet retention, and when one of our former adoptable dog’s family needed help, we were able to lend a hand thanks to donations from our supporters. Say hello to sweet Charlie, a Biggies alum from 2017. We’re so thankful that we could assist with keeping the almost 10-year long friendship between Charlie and his family going strong!

We’re in full recovery mode after a record Four Chord Music Festival for our team 💙

Thank you as always to our Four Chord family for having us back year after year, for the bands that helped us out raising money this year, and to everyone that stopped by our tent, bought a tshirt or a sticker, dunked a band member, or just showed us a picture of your dogs - we love you all!

Help find Bruce a home!

💔 PLEASE HELP US FIND A HOSPICE FOSTER FOR BRUCE. 💔

Bruce is 12½ years old and has spent 191 days in a kennel. While he's in good health for his age, no senior dog deserves to spend their golden years in such a stressful environment.

We're desperately searching for a hospice foster—someone willing to give Bruce the comfort, love, and peace he deserves. He isn't sick, but because of his age, we want him to spend the rest of his days in a home, not a kennel.

He is still available to be adopted & thanks to the generosity of our supporters and Gray Paws Sanctuary:

🐾 His medical care is covered for life.

Bruce needs to be the only pet in a calm home with adults or older children.

It’s been a lil bit but we’re excited to get back into the swing of events again and what a great way to start by teamin up with some over freakin favorites..

Axe throwing at + from grilling you up fresh smash burgers, and did we mention the good ass b**rs from our buds at too?!

35 dollars per person for axe throwing with $10 donated to Biggies and if we get over 40 tickets sold will donate $15 per ticket sold!

Did we mention $1 from every b**r will also be donated to the dogs?! heckkkkk yes. See yinz in June!

Booster day for our big boy Cash. His foster fam grabbed this goofball a DNA test and we can’t wait to see the results. Let’s hear those best guesses…

Our little adoptable Chicken Fry went camping with her foster mom and some buds in the woods of West Virginia last weekend and had a blast!

Things we know Chicken loves:
* being in the woods
* Being off leash (her recall is excellent!)
* Sleeping in a tent
* Eating hot dogs
* sitting shot gun always
* A camp chair of her own

Things we learned she hates:
* mountain bikes
* ticks (yuck don’t we all)
* not having her own camp chair

Things we’re still unsure of and working on:
* new men are a little scary still but she chooses to walk away and ignore them over anything else and we’re proud of that choice!
