At PawSpa Resort, the safety and well-being of every pet entrusted to our care will always be our top priority.

In accordance with safety standards promoted by the International Boarding & Pet Services Association (IBPSA), all dogs will have their collars and harnesses removed while in our care.

This policy is designed to reduce the risk of injuries, entanglement, and other preventable accidents, helping us maintain a safer environment for every dog.

We also strongly encourage all pet parents to have their pets microchipped and ensure their contact information remains up to date as an added layer of protection.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to uphold high standards of safety and care at PawSpa Resort.
