RIP Steve Irwin! 20 years ago today we lost a legend. INSANE that it’s been that long already. He had a huge impact on pretty much every reptile nerd I know. No matter what someone is into, I’m always super stoked when people share their passions and Steve was one of the most passionate guys that ever lived.

I caught one of my 50% Uganda Green Het T- Albino Housies in an interesting color shift. These are usually anywhere from a light brown to a warm green, yet in this picture the head is darkee brown, the tail is lighter olive brown, and the color in between is this interesting greenish tan.

These animals were made to make Ugandan Green T- Butters. As far as I’m aware they haven’t been made yet as usually Butters are made with Zambian Greens. So I’m curious to see how that turns out.

T- Butter House snake. Trying to get photos of House snakes is always a ridiculous task. They’re super active and don’t sit still, then you finally go to check the photos out and the color is never properly captured. This girl is so saturated yellow she’s practically glowing, yet in photos she looks like more of a gold-ish orange. Regardless, she’s a beautiful snake.
