Meet Hay Hay, available for adoption through Animal Protectors in New Kensington.
This very handsome boy came into Ivy's for some bacon ice cream 🍦 😋. While he was in the store, he was very well mannered. Hay Hay was pretty calm for a young dog, walked well on his leash and took food politely. To learn more about him, check out his adoption profile: https://www.petfinder.com/dog/hay-hay-6e6fd1ed-c0d3-4ed9-a512-0e96b5ea8fc1/pa/new-kensington/animal-protectors-of-allegheny-valley-pa180/details/

We met so many cool dogs and their amazing parents last weekend during the ice cream giveaway for first responders. Some of the dogs were first responders too, just like their handlers! From explosive sniffing pups, to search and rescue dogs, they all had amazing stories and skills. Thank you to and Heart of the Beast movie for this partnership. We loved spotlighting our local heroes.

📢 Special Girl looking for a special home 🏡

This is Mosey, a very social girl who has never met a stranger-only new best friends 🧡

She has been patiently waiting at Humane Animal Rescue for her new home and is ready to find a forever family.

Mosey will be best as an only dog in the home. She has been working hard at the shelter and is looking for a family that will happily continue her training and education.

If you are an experienced dog owner and you are looking to add a new family member, stop by and visit with Mosey. Or, please share her contact information with someone and let's help get this girl adopted.
