🐶 Meet Festus! This handsome almost 8 year old Shih Tzu is officially a senior pet and took advantage of our Golden Years Essentials to ensure his continued health for years to come!

By age 7, dogs and cats are considered senior pets. Many diseases can develop before noticeable symptoms appear, which is why yearly wellness exams and bloodwork are so important. Regular testing helps us detect changes early, establish a baseline for your pet’s health, and catch potential problems before they become more serious.

Our Golden Years Essentials includes a full nose-to-tail exam, all recommended vaccines, a heartworm test, and full senior bloodwork to give your pet the comprehensive care they deserve.

Festus is doing his part to stay ahead of the game—and we’re happy to help him enjoy his golden years to the fullest 💛

🐈 Happy Ginger Cat Appreciation Day! 🐈

Today we’re celebrating some of the ginger kitties who have been loved by our staff—past and present! From sweet snuggles to big personalities, our orange babies definitely know how to keep life interesting. 😻

🧡 Did you know...

🐾 Mostly Male: About 80% of ginger cats are male because the gene for orange coloring is carried on the X chromosome.

🐾 Always Tabby: Ginger cats are always tabbies! Their stripes can be subtle, but they’re there—even when they look like solid orange fluff.

🐾 Freckles: As ginger cats get older, they can develop adorable little dark freckles, especially around their noses, lips, and gums.

After receiving a lifesaving blood transfusion, Jeff is feeling so much better and is back to doing what puppies do best—giving adorable puppy nibbles! 🐶

We're so happy to see Jeff on the road to recovery and can't wait to see him back for his puppy vaccines. A huge thank you to Winston (pictured in vest) for stepping up to help save another dog's life. Blood donor dogs truly are everyday heroes! 🩸❤️

Not often do we get treated to some good Pigs in a Blanket 🐷🥐
These two handsome boys came in for their castrations and made it very clear that they did *not* approve. After a nice nap to ponder their new chapter in life, they woke up happy, well-rested, and ready to share plenty of snorts with the staff!

Being adorable is hard work, but somebody has to do it. 🐾 This sweet pup stopped by for his 10-week vaccines, posed for a few photos, and collected his payment in treats. We think Picket got the better end of the deal! 💙
