🐾 Friendly Reminder from Shaggy Do’s Grooming 🐾
Hi everyone!
We’d like to take a moment to remind everyone of a few important policies outlined in our Service Agreement, which is signed at each appointment.
🐶 Missed Appointments (No Call, No Show)
If you miss your appointment without contacting us, a fee equal to half of your scheduled groom will be required before booking another appointment.
If something comes up, no worries! Just give us a call or send us a message at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to work with you.
✂️ Express Appointments
Express appointments (where your dog is groomed straight through without waiting between services) are available for an additional $15.00.
This fee helps cover the additional scheduling accommodations, as working one dog straight through means we’re unable to book another pet during that time.
