This is a common horse trailer problem for many horses.

I will show you two simple things to do with your horse before you ever put him in the trailer.
It's really that simple!

Make sure your horse understands the exercise.

Why?

Because this exercise will build his confidence and trust by backing your horse with his head down. And the barrels are a lot less pressure than the trailer.

Practice what I show you in this video, and you will successfully be able to back your horse out of the trailer every time.

🐴 **I want to ask you something.**

When something starts going wrong with your horse, what happens first?

I’ll never forget something that happened when I was younger.

A friend had just bought a horse, and the horse would not move forward.

So I thought, “I’ll just tap him a few times with the heels of my boots.”

Oh boy, was I wrong.

That joker went into a spin, and before I knew it, we had spun right into a barbed-wire fence.

Thankfully, the horse didn’t have a cut on him. Thank you, Jesus.

**The problem wasn’t that I didn’t know how to make the horse move. The problem was that I didn’t understand why he wasn’t moving.**

**I reacted before I understood what was happening.**

And that situation could have been prevented.

That is exactly what I want us to talk about over the next few days.

So let me ask you:

When your horse becomes worried, confused, or starts doing something you didn’t expect…
