This modern facility was built in 2004 to help us provide better comprehensive medical and surgical care for our patients. We offer you and your pet complete healthcare including surgical and intensive care, a complete laboratory, in house pharmacy, ultrasound and radiology. Most diagnostic and treatment procedures can be handled within the hospital. We also offer modern boarding for most small animals including dogs, cats, birds, and pocket pets.

Of course, it’s completely normal for cats to spend a lot of time napping (just like Scuba featured here🤣). But it’s also important to keep them active and entertained.
Why does it matter? Keeping your cat at a healthy weight can help reduce the risk of diabetes, arthritis and joint problems, breathing difficulties, heart problems, and fatty liver disease. The more ya know! 😉

Bailey & Benson were recently adopted by a wonderful, loving family! These two boys aren’t related, but their family had two goals when visiting the rescue: two kittens who get along and that’s exactly what they got! 😽😽
Dr. Alberdi had the pleasure of meeting them for their first kitten visit. Bailey was ready to climb Dr. Alberdi like a little parrot 🤣, while Benson was perfectly content lounging on the scale. Our technician didn’t have the heart to move him!

Stress Relief Sunday!!💥
When coworkers break things together, they stay together! 🙃
One of our pharmaceutical companies we use, was kind enough to treat our team to a local smash room and those who were able to join had an absolute BLAST! We appreciate them so much for treating our team to such a fun day!
They brought personalized items to destroy, took out some stress, laughed, and definitely hit things as hard as they could! Afterward, everyone enjoyed some lunch and left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Now THAT’S a Sunday! 😎

Hi, I’m No! 🐢
I may be a “little” African Spurred Tortoise, but at 63 pounds, I’m anything but little! My mom, Missy, our Practice Manager, adopted me 8 years ago when I was just a tiny baby. She couldn’t pick a name and kept saying, “No name, no name…” until I started responding to “No.” And just like that, my name stuck! 🤣
I came to see the wonderful Dr. Martinez to trim my overgrown beak so I could eat comfortably. After a little bath and some sunshine , I was sedated and Dr. Martinez used a dremel to give my mouth some TLC. I did great and am back home enjoying my beautiful backyard!
And apparently, I’m kind of a celebrity around here! Some of the staff just had to pose for pictures with me! ....Swipe to see me as a tiny baby! 🥰
