Tonight was very interesting watching the dogs problem solving as we used a fan pointed at odor.  We had both pooling and trapping odor. They showed us exactly where odor was and followed it to source.

Exteriors were on tap on this hot humid morning. Odors spread and become much more intense in hot and humid temperatures. The combination of heat and high moisture creates an environment where smell molecules diffuse faster and linger longer in the air.

These dogs are showing so much improvement on containers. It’s been very rewarding to us watching them.  They ended their evening with a simple search on the way out the door one threshold hide.
