I remembered to remove blanket tags this year 🤣 And I decided to label the bags

Maybe next year it will pay off

It is interesting how different models surface different patterns and priorities from the same information. Claude tends to lean very narrative and contextual, while ChatGPT often structures and synthesizes differently, especially around process mapping and operational logic.

With something like Whiskey’s log, the differences can actually be useful because:

• One model may catch behavioral trends
• Another may identify inconsistencies or environmental triggers
• One may overfit emotion while another stays more pattern based
• The framing changes what you notice

For OTTB behavior and retraining especially, that can help because so much of it is cumulative observation rather than a single “answer.” Things like:

• Duration before frustration
• Transition points
• Recovery time after correction
• Environmental sensitivity
• Whether escalation is mental, physical, or anticipatory
• Patterns tied to rider energy or session structure

Sometimes the value is less “which AI is right” and more seeing where both independently point to the same conclusion.

For Whiskey specifically, based on what you mentioned before about the 15 minute frustration threshold and “go” mindset, I’d expect recurring themes around:

• nervous system regulation
• predictability/routine
• shortening pressure cycles
• rewarding decompression
• avoiding drilling after the correct answer
• building tolerance to pause and wait states

That OTTB brain often interprets repetition as pressure escalation instead of learning reinforcement. The distinction matters a lot in groundwork planning.

🌸 Happy Mother’s Day to Our Barn Family! 🌸
To every mama in our barn family — whether you’re a mother to two-legged little ones, four-legged partners, or both — today is for YOU! 🐴❤️

The barn has a special way of teaching us about love, patience, and dedication — and we see it every single day in the way you show up. The early mornings, the late nights, the muddy boots and hay-covered everything… it’s all done with so much heart.

To the moms who haul horses at the crack of dawn, cheer from the rail, wipe tears after tough rides, and celebrate every win big and small — you are the backbone of this barn and we are so grateful for you.

Happy Mother’s Day to every woman who has ever loved an animal like family. 🌷

Squeeze your babies tight today — all of them, no matter how many legs they have! 🐴🐾👶

How many of us love our TBs? Many of you know I fell in love with OTTBs at SCAD. Lokey is my third one that I have gotten to love and have had the chance to call mine. He’s also the only one who loved running and was good at it.

Whiskey decided to wear more of his SMZ slurry then he decided to swallow this morning. Can’t win everyday. Good news is his mouth is healing and his temp is stable.

Having a horse with seizures has been a learning experience. But he’s happy and still puts up with all of us.
