Dolly Clarke is marvelous ! She came in at 13 weeks for Lepto vaccine and kennel cough vaccine . She will be a busy outdoor dog and her family is getting her started right . She is also taking heartworm ; flea and tick prevention ! She gets a gold star ⭐️

Internal parasites can affect horses of any age, and the signs are not always obvious. Here are five things to watch for this fall:

🔸 Dull, rough coat�
🔸 Loss of condition despite a good diet�
🔸 Colic symptoms or loose stool�
🔸 Slowed growth in foals and young horses�
🔸 Distended, pot-bellied abdomen

If you notice any of these, contact your veterinarian. They can help you build a parasite control plan based on your horse’s age, environment, and f***l egg count results.

🧹 Ever spotted a “witches’ broom” growing in a tree?

These tangled bundles of twigs look like something straight out of a Halloween story! A witches’ broom forms when a plant’s normal growth is disrupted, causing a crowded cluster of small shoots to develop. Fungi, insects, or even genetic mutations can be behind the unusual growth.

The clusters can remain for years, but they’re much easier to spot once the leaves fall. On your next autumn walk, take a moment to look up. There may be a little botanical mystery hiding in the branches! 🍂

Found giardia in a healthy cat that is in a family with a new adoptee. Adult Cat developed putrid diarrhea but was otherwise normal . Also was positive on the Idexx test . Treating other cats in house also . Sharing info not finger pointing .This is a nasty little parasite that can wreak havoc on a household .Can be tough to treat .
