Hey guys, I wanted to give a quick update on what’s been going on over here.
We have puppies going home right now, which is always such a happy and exciting time… but behind the scenes, it’s been a little bit heavier for us.
We’ve been doing ultrasounds on Louise and Ruby, and unfortunately, both of them reabsorbed their pregnancies. We’ve since been to the vet to confirm, so at this point, Zelda, Ruby, and Louise will not be having litters.
If you’re on our waiting list, you can expect to hear from me soon with next steps and options.
As a small breeder, this is really impactful. This is actually the second time we’ve seen issues like this with these girls, so we’ve made the really difficult decision that we will be rehoming all three of them.
It’s not something we take lightly at all, and honestly, it’s just a really emotional season for us.
At the same time, we are planning ahead. We’re actively working on bringing new dogs into our program and planning for future litters, so we will have more updates coming soon.
In the meantime, if you’ve ever considered supporting us, one of the best ways right now would be through our grooming products. We’ve put a lot into them—they’re what we use every day here. We have conditioning shampoo, detangling conditioner and spray, coat mist, brushes, combs, paw balm—everything for a full grooming routine.
