What a wonderful year 2024 has been! I want to take a moment and thank each and every one of you for your continued support over the last year! Pine Bend Kennels is home away from home for so many of your furry family members and that is exactly what I strive for!
With a new year comes a few changes at PBK so please take a moment to read through and feel free to reach out if you have any questions regarding our new policies.
As always everyone needs to be current on rabies, distemper and bordetella vaccines prior to boarding/daycare or meet and greets.
Prices have increased $5/day for boarding and daycare:
Single-$40/day
Double-$65/day
Triple-$85/day
New hours: Monday-Friday 7-8am and 4-5pm, Saturday 7-8am ONLY and Sunday 4-5pm ONLY.
Cancellations/adjustments to your reservation need to be made at least 72 hours in advance. If you cancel within 72 hours and I cannot fill the reservation it is requested you pay for the reservation as it was unable to be filled as it was reserved for you. If you pick up early without giving a 72 hour notice it is expected that you will pay for the entire reservation as it was reserved and held specifically for you.
The day you drop off is a full charge even if it is in the afternoon as the kennel was reserved all day for you regardless of when your dog arrives. I do not charge if picked up in the morning 7-8am M-Sat. Example Friday 7-8am or 4-5pm drop off and Sunday 4-5pm pickup is 3 paid days.
