Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
We must ask at this time to please notify our office within 12 hours of needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment. When we schedule your time slot we want to give your pet the time needed to evaluate and treat what’s needed, if you no show or don’t cancel/reschedule it often leaves us with having to turn away another pet that needs help. We want to be able to treat and take care of everyone that needs attention in a timely manner.

UPDATE - WE HAVE HAD TO CLOSE FOR THE DAY ———WE HAVE NO POWER OR PHONES THIS MORNING. We are seeing our scheduled appointments as best we can and hopefully will get electricity back soon. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank You 🐶🐱❤️

Front desk receptionist- part time position - appx 35 hours a week We are looking back through previous applications if you are still interested please let us know OR if you would like to apply please come in person to our office at 3204 S. Catalpa to complete an application. Job duties will include all office tasks - answering phones, scheduling appointments and surgery, pulling & filing charts, filling medications, greeting patients, obtaining information & history on pets, computer data entry, collecting payments, daily reports, night deposits, back up of daily work etc…
Must have reliable transportation, good communication skills, friendly personality, and great work ethic.
