🚨 Stop blaming the dog. 🚨

That mystery p**p on your porch might not be from your pup at all…

Frog p**p is surprisingly convincing this time of year. 🐸💩

🦇 Hey friends, Freedom here!

It’s baby bat season, and you may start spotting little ones on the ground or resting in unusual places. If you find a baby bat, the best thing you can do is give it some space, keep pets away, and contact a local wildlife rehabilitator for help.

These tiny critters play an important role in our ecosystem, and a little kindness can go a long way toward helping them stay safe until the experts arrive. 🐾

Located in Oak Point

Rooster is a very energetic and eager to please dog.. He is a 1-year-old Lab and Pointer mix with a black and white coat. Rooster loves to play fetch, go for long walks with his person, and chew for hours. He would do best in a home without cats or other dogs. Rooster loves to spend hours bathing in the sun and running laps in the yard. Rooster knows basic commands such as Sit and Follow, and he walks well on a harness with guidance. He is up to date on vaccinations, heart worm, and flea/tick medications.

Thank you!

🐍 Spring is here, and so are the snakes. As temperatures warm up, it’s important to stay aware while outside with your pets.

If you think your dog has been bitten by a snake:
• Stay calm and keep your pet as still as possible
• Do NOT try to suck out the venom or apply a tourniquet
• Keep them away from the snake
• Seek veterinary care immediately

Watch for swelling, pain, bleeding, weakness, or trouble breathing after a possible bite.

A little extra caution on walks, around wood piles, tall grass, and water areas can go a long way this time of year. Stay safe out there, friends! 🐾
