If you’d like to keep your pup on their regular grooming schedule with Ashley while I’m gone on maternity leave June, July, and August, please go ahead and reach out to get on the schedule.
Spots will be limited!

Again, she will be offering regular or deshed baths, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, paw and paw pad trimming, sanitary trimming, nail filing, and brushing. Perfect for keeping your pup clean, maintained, and feeling their best while I’m away.

✨ Appointment & Cancellation Policy ✨

I want to kindly remind everyone of my cancellation and no-show policy going forward.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled grooming fee.

• No-show policy:
If you fail to show up for your appointment without notifying me, you will be charged the FULL scheduled grooming fee.

• Repeated Cancellations/No-Shows:
I will require a non-refundable deposit for future appointments after multiple cancellations or no-shows.

I currently work one, sometimes two days a week, so my availability is very limited. I also book out months in advance, which allows both myself and my clients to plan ahead. When an appointment is missed or cancelled last minute, it’s difficult to fill that spot or reschedule others who may be waiting.

I truly appreciate all of my amazing clients who respect my time and keep their appointments. Thank you for understanding and for supporting my small business 🤍
