Hello everyone I am still coming out to Val Vista and MainStreet but because of the possibility of rain I might be leaving in between 12:30-1:30pm. If you are not going to be there until after twelve thirty or one, text me 602-614-6332 text only no time to talk.. And if I don't answer, that means it's probably raining and i'm packing up. Visit me this Saturday, 10/10 from 8am-2pm or if it looks like its going to start raining i will havetoleave but i will be @ VAL VISTA & MainStreet just north of Main Street. If you ordered pieces from me i will have them saved in the back of my truck but please dont expect me to help anyone before 8am only because I need time to set up before I get swamped. If you did order something from me, please text me and remind me because i lost one of the pages that i had orders on. I don't mind if people grab pieces that I set out until 8am. So if you see a piece, you like, grab it, put it to the side and just wait till I open. Now don't get me wrong, it's very good to be there early. Please be courteous and kind to others by waiting your turn thank you. I will try my best to help everybody in the order they showed up in. If I skip over you, please let me know because I will correct it. Saturday will be the second day im back in Mesa. . Im Across the street from Extra Space Storage 104 North Val Vista Dr. and behind Southwest Pottery. All items are constructed from solid wood, screws, nails, and staples no glue or adhesive. CAT TREES, CAT TOWERS, CAT HOUSES, CAT SCRATCHERS, KITTY CONDOS. We have them all. Until it cools down, I will be selling from my house or delivering. Starting Sunday 6/21 till it cools down. Delivery charges will depend on the distance from my location and what you are buying. Most extra-large pieces include delivery. I don't discount the largest piece if I'm delivering, but buying multiple pieces allows for discounts on all other pieces except the largest one. Prices range from $15 to $325. Every piece in the pictures are the ones I have available right now. Built with solid wood construction, using only screws, nails, and staples, these are built tough for your cats to enjoy for a long time. If you'd like to come see them, I operate by appointment only since I'm a one-man show. For questions, please text me at 602-614-6332. My hrs are from 8am-8pm most days except Monday. This will be all summer till the end of September beginning of October. 100 degrees or lower. Thats when I will be on roadside again. Thats my work hrs so i could be delivering or selling from my house. If you're planning to visit and I'm out delivering, you might be waiting for a long time, which is why appointments are necessary. I provide a 15-minute window for delays, but I won't wait for anyone more than that, as my time is limited and valuable. We accept major credit cards, cash, and Zelle. The only form of payment I don't accept is Venmo. Cash payments don't include tax, but this applies only to cash, not Zelle, debit, etc.

If anyone would like one of my gigantic ones that are 3ft x 4ft + 7ft tall please let me know its gigantic and usually $900 but if anyone wants one up there it will only be $725 thats with delivery after im done for the day. If the total miles reach over 60miles it will be additional delivery charge depending on distance. It will be the first pic. The 2nd and 3rd pic will be discounted to $55 each.
